- MONTROSE CHRISTMAS PARADE

The Glendale Montrose Christmas Parade is a long standing tradition. For the last 31 years, celebrities, high school bands, local service groups and families have gathered on Honolulu Avenue, to await the fly over of Santa Claus courtesy of the Glendale Police Department helicopter. This tradition began with the help of Frank Roberts back in December of 1969. Since then it has enchanted generations of children and parents. Thrilling crowds of over 50,000 delighted parade viewers.
We welcome
you and invite you to join us in this wonderful small town tradition.
The Glendale, Montrose Christmas Parade! Parade starts at 6:00pm. Route:
Runs down Honolulu Avenue from Orangedale to Verdugo Road. |
